My company is not situated in France, can I register an Internet name as a '.fr' ? If I protect my Internet name am I obliged to have an Internet system ? Can NetMarque also register Internet for other countries for example '.be', '.ch', '.de' etc ?
This is not possible except in the situation where a specific trademark has been registered at the French INPI (French national institute for industrial property). You would then be able to register the mark as a '.tm.fr'.
